AssistLayer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service will cease immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
