Free Trial
All new users receive a 7-day free trial of our platform. During the trial period, you have full access to explore our features without any charge. No payment is required to start your trial, and you can cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all monthly subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you can request a full refund.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining months in your subscription.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions canceled after the refund eligibility period
- Partial month charges for mid-cycle cancellations (after the refund period)
- Add-on services or one-time purchases unless otherwise specified
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
Cryptocurrency Payments
For payments made via cryptocurrency (ETH, SOL, TRX, USDT), refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet address provided by you. Due to the volatile nature of cryptocurrency, refund amounts will be based on the USD value at the time of the original transaction.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks result in additional fees and may lead to account suspension. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and fairly.
